Terms and Conditions

When creating goods and services for customers, Palaly Mystic Lanka works with numerous suppliers for accommodation and excursions. Therefore, in addition to the terms and conditions of Palaly Mystic Lanka, the terms and conditions of the suppliers will also apply.

The customers are held responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the suppliers, which are available on request, by which you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of suppliers with whom you elect to deal. Any violations of suppliers’ terms and conditions will result in cancellation of your booking or reservation of purchase and in your being denied access to any hotels, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservations or purchases, and in Palaly Mystic Lanka debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. All charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from your actions, whether or not they are done by someone else on your behalf, will be your complete responsibility.

All content and packages on this website are invitations for you to make an offer on the given terms and conditions, and the content alone does not serve as an offer from our end. Our Suppliers can either accept or decline such offers based on availability of services. No warranties, promises, or representations are given for the availability of such services.

All bookings/reservations made through the website, such as ground arrangements and accommodation arrangements, are confirmed in full only once the full payment is made through

credit card or bank transfer methods. In some scenarios an initial non-refundable deposit may be charged.

  • The mentioned price is for standard hotels, and if you need to upgrade hotels, please ask for the customized package.
  • During the peak time, peak period supplements may apply
  • Hotels are subject to availability.

Booking Your Holiday

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive a written confirmation via email and a nonrefundable payment of 50% of the total ground handling charges, which may be waived off solely at our discretion. For peak season from November to March, for a tour to be confirmed, 100% payment needs to be made upfront.

Methods of Payment

We accept both VISA and Mastercard credit cards for credit card payments, and we also offer the customer the option to pay by bank transfer. All payments need to be settled in United States dollars (USD), and the service charge for credit cards will have to be borne by you, and if using a bank transfer method, bank charges will have to be borne by you.

If the payments fail to be made on time, your tentative booking can be cancelled from our end, and this will be communicated to you via email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Between 41 and 60 days—forfeit of deposit
  • Between 30 and 40 days—50% of total ground arrangement cost
  • Between 20 and 29 days—75% of total ground arrangement cost
  • 19 or Less than 19 days—no refund of total ground arrangement cost
